• Shipping & Delivery
• We will ship all products within the United States for a $10 flat rate charge via regular mail incl. insurance. We use The United States Post Office for our shipments and stamps.com as our processing facility. We only ship within the USA. Please contact your distribution office if you wouldl ike to purchase products in Germany, Switzerland, Brazil or Australia.



• Warranties
• IMPORTANT: WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY FOR HAWK RACING PRODUCTS. If you continue with shopping, you agree to accept the following warranty and return policy. Please note Hawk Racing products bought through unauthorized dealers (eBay etc.) carry NO WARRANTY and are sold 'as is'. If you have any questions about locating authorized dealers, please view the dealer list or feel free to give us a call. Manufacturing problems are rare with Hawk Racing products. However, our warranty for all products is 2 years against manufacturer's defects. Eligibility for warranty is determined at the factory by Hawk Racing USA for bottom brackets and wheels and 1 year for custom clothing. If a manufacturing problem is determined, a proof of purchase date will be requested from you and if you have returned the product within the first year, the policy is to repair or replace the product at no charge. We do not offer refunds. Our warranty does not cover accident, misuse, or just plain bad luck. All Hawk Racing products have an intended purpose, if the product is used outside of that purpose, it will not be warranted and Hawk Racing cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur in the process. In addition, Hawk Racing will not be held responsible for any bodily injuries or damage of property resulting from use of our products. If you are experiencing a problem with a Hawk Racing product, you should give us a call at 941-932-5276 (9am-5pm M-F EST) or send an email to usa@hawk-racing.com NOTE: When sending in an item for warranty, PLEASE remove all accessory items, including tires, tubes, rim tape, cassettes, skewers, computer magnets, etc. If you fail to remove these items, we are not responsible if they are lost or damaged. THERE IS A $25 CHARGE PER WHEEL FOR TUBULAR TIRE REMOVAL!!! Under any circumstance, if we replace the product (be it warranty or crash replacement) the damaged product will not be returned but will instead be destroyed. Warranty does not offer any cash refunds. *Conditions apply
